Hi Tanya,
The current style is asked as "p-current-252" but this doesn't include 
the normal "p-252" styles.
If you make a general class for the current style, and add that as a 
second class, the shifting is away, and the white color is coming. :-)
The the calling of the javascript for the overLIB is not 100%, I think.

btw-1: the "Who are we" page is identical to the "Contact us" page. ;-)
btw-2: IE is a bit flashing @hovering over the menu. I gues you can 
avoid that by making 1 image of all hovering images together, and the 
ask the good part by positioning of this background-image. Or maybe a 
"normal" state too, with a very soft (almost "transparent") image of the 
same photo's, that can be included in the same image. Then the hoveing 
states are already downloaded if one is hovering. And some less 
http-requests/download time because of 1 img instead of more.
