No problems here with hover in XP, with IE6,  IE7, FF, Opera 9.0.

However, the site breaks on Zooming as follows:

FF - whole site on ctrl ++ zoom
IE6 Navbar breaks at 'larger' text size
IE7 Navbar text bunches at ctrl + zoom
