Confirmation received [off-list] from Philippe W.
Yes, <fieldset> establishes a new block formatting context in Gecko,
Opera, IE Mac, WebKit (but *not* Safari 2.0 or lower) and Konqueror.
But that is not the case in iCab.
That is how it should be ... ALL form controls should establish a block
formatting context.
iExploder W (6+7) also establishes a block formatting context, at first
glance ('HasLayout' true ? it would make sense anyway).
