Validate the css and markup-- you've neglected to close a division, and not all browsers may be able to recover from that error. You are getting a wide horizontal scroll bar (not good on a full width layout, imo). Re-setting the width of #menu from 110% to 100% will help. As will moving the horizontal padding on width bearing containers (that are below the menu) to their respective p selector. And little minor surgery here and there should do the trick.
