Good evening, I have a strange problem going on with my website in IE6: the #wrapper div jumps up, cutting off the content, when I hover over the right column links in the second subsection, Portfolio. The content appears to be gone forever, until you hover over the right column links in the first subsection, About Us. Then it magically pops back down! This looks particularly bad on my portfolio pages. I mean, who'd hire that kind of work?
The website: www.mckelveymaghsoud.com The CSS: www.mckelveymaghsoud.com/styles/summer06.css I don't see anything strange in my #rightcolumn linklist. I do realize the positioning of the footer is suboptimal, especially since it doesn't work nicely in FF. And that's another problem I'd love to have help with, but the main thing today is the hover problem. I am placing a very tall footer at the bottom of the #wrapper div. Then I am pushing the padding way down and the margin way up so that the content "fills in" the bottom of the page. I am using a min-height and star hack in attempt to help achieve this. It has been so long since I first studied this, that I cannot remember the purpose of that. So, help me, please somebody! :) Heather McKelvey Heather McKelvey Freelance Web Designer www.mckelveymaghsoud.com ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d IE7 information -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=IE7 List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
