There's a repeating background image that starts right at the banner. 
This "background-container" div ends after the footer div at the bottom.

I've been monking with this for some time now, but how can I force the 
"background-container" div to full browser window height so that the 
background image goes to the bottom of the page?

There are several other divs that the "background-container" div is 
contained in. If they'd stretch to the bottom, the 
"background-container" div would seem to follow suite.

Setting any of these to:

  height: 100%;
  min-height: 100%;

has no effect.

Ideas?
