The problem I've got is that there's a header area with one background. Then the content-body area with a different background Then the "fill-this-space" footer which would be a third... I see a way I make "fake" it by adding a background to the entire page that sits at the bottom, doesn't repeat, and is tall enough to at least take up the space for the shortest amount of content.
