Hi Jon,
I see in IE6 (Win98SE machine) the bottom left corner isn't coming 
through. It can be made visible by adding:
   div#footer #round { position: relative; }
The page is not html validating because of the 2 curly apostrophs: in 
"visiting America's ..." and "ASD's self-inking stamps...". If you type 
straight apostrophs instead, it's validating.
After the navbar repair according to Holly's suggestion, I don't see 
more Big Errors! [1] :-)

Maybe the image of the "Start shopping now >" link can be made 
transparant (and get some px margin around), then a hover with a 
background color change is possible: feedback for the visitor. (Image 
like this

Btw: in the design I should consider to give some more air. In the css 
by means of some more margin here and there, in html by means of some 
more <br />'s.
