Kill the 'margin-doubling on floats' bug in IE.
When you have _a float_ that relies on margins for exact position,
declare 'display: inline' on it.
Declare it on #menu and #blog in your case.
Floats can't be 'inline' anyway, so it won't disturb any good browser.
It will fix that IE bug though.
