The process I chose was to enlarge the picture with a photo editor to 1280x1024, then set it as a repeating centered background. If a viewer has a smaller screen, less of the picture will be visible. If the screen is larger, there will small repeating sections around the edges of the screen. I think I'm finally learning the motto of this group, to reach the largest audience with the simplest code.
