The three that don't work look like they're being overlaid by other 
things. "Join the Lab" works if I carefully position the pointer right 
at the top of the text. When I had FF outline block elements, it looks 
like the block containing "Kenneth L Watkin" is covering it except the 
very top of the phrase. Facilities and Resources both seem to be covered 
by your list of staff and students.

When I kick the font size up once notch and the Lab Menu items shift 
down, Facilities becomes clickable (it's no longer covered) but 
Resources is still completely covered. Another font size enlargement 
makes Collaborators and Research unclickable but Facilities and Resources.

Perhaps is you narrowed the width of the overlying blocks, everything 
would work?
