It is a known issue with <tfoot> cells that wrap to multiple lines: <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=146927> Kind of odd: I printed your testpage to PDF from Fx 2.0 Mac. At the top of page 3 and 4, I can see a border or outline that, from the look of it, is the bottom part of the <tfoot> cell. Safari and Opera 9 both failed even more.
