If you have sufficient RAM (read: 512 MB or more), you may want to use
Virtual PC 2004 to create a virtual Windows install (available at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtualpc/default.mspx) and upgrade
to IE 7  .  There is one catch.  You have to have a second license to
install Windows in the virtual PC. (If you have a volume license or an
extra windows license, this shouldn't be a problem.)

Also, you can use VMWare Player to create a virtual machine to run
Windows (with IE6 ).  There's an article about that here
