I have an element that gets floated up on top of the right column of my layout. The right column has a left border and I can't figure out how to get the image to float on TOP of the border. I've tried changing around the z-index on several of the elements and changed margins and such, but it just won't work. It was working fine in a different layout I was using, but this layout works best for my background images and the rest of the page so I need to get this one thing to work. What am I missing here??
