Hey guys, Sorry if this is a bit off topic but I was wondering if there was a way to use javascript to "intercept" a click made on a flash movie (for example, a flash banner ad that links directly to the target website). I wanted to intercept their click and link it back to the banner system I'm using on the website.
I was going to suggest that the client followed the following guidelines when making flash banners, allowing me to supply the URL the flash movie directs the browser to: http://www.adobe.com/resources/richmedia/tracking/designers_guide/ But was wondering if I can be tricky and intercept their clicks anyway? I tried wrapping the flash banner with a div and using an onclick event, but that didn't seem to do anything. Please cc me on replies as I'm a digester :) cheers, sm ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d IE7 information -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=IE7 List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
