Apologies to list admins for furthering this off-topic subject. I do so only
because this is an important issue. UK developers can communicate at the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] freelancers website.

This law relates to companies and limited liability partnerships with
websites in the UK, no matter where in the world the company is established.
All emails must hold company registration information. Websites can hold the
information on a single page (an "about" page). All domain regsitrations
should display company address for the purpose of formal correspondence,
without which registrars can suspend or remove domains.
