Hi, can anyone please help me. I have quite a big gap underneath my horizontal menu bar which I don't want. It does what I want in IE but not the more compliant browsers. I'm fairly new at this and I've really tried to figure this one out but I'm stumped. Help would be much appreciated.

Can anyone please recommend what browser I might be better off using on my own system (windows pc).
