Hi all,

Please forgive me if this has been discussed before. I have a table that I'm
trying to set up a border for in CSS. The table consists of 12 columns and 2
rows for the header and at least 1 data row. My goal is to blank out the left
and top border from the first 6 cells. I'm hoping the example below will help
to illustrate what I'm attempting to do. The table headers should look similar
to the ones below. The area labeled with X I need to "chop out" :

     X X X X X X +-------+-------+------+------+------+------+
  +---+----+----+----+---+-------+-------+------+------+------+-------+------+
  +---+----+----+----+---+-------+-------+------+------+------+-------+------+

  Thanks in advance,
  Jim
