I'm having a few problems with trying to format a print version of a
page with css and was hoping for some help here. I'm using a separate
stylesheet with media="print".

1. Is there a reliable way to rotate the page to landscape format for
print without using activex? I need this to be cross platform.

2. Is there a reliable way to force page breaks? I've tried ' page-
break-before: auto;' with mixed results. I'm guessing it's just not
well supported.

3. How do I suppress the date, URL, page number and page title which
is generated by web browsers when I print the page?
