Have you tried making the side-bar wider than 18em ?

Thanks for the fresh eyes! I thought I had played with that width but
evidently not; it's fixed now. The entire content had to max out at 58em or
introduce a horizontal scroll bar at 800x600, which I wanted to accommodate.


I had played with various widths in the #content and #sidebar but - I think
- had neglected the widths of the divs within the sidebar!

You know how you get so close to something that you sometimes can't see it
anymore? I guess that's what happened here. Anyway, thanks for taking a look
and offering a nudge. Now I can relax a bit before tackling the next issue
-- keeping that footer at the bottom!
