This is off-topic for this list - it is unlikely CSS would have
anything to do with blocked content (unless you are calling your css
file from a different domain!) Try Webdesign-L instead.

Since HTML does not have such a beast as a "combo box" (I presume you
mean the sort that MS Access uses which has both dropdown and text
field), are you encountering an ActiveX control?
