I was wondering if anyone had come across the same problem that I am having with overflow div element within a table structure. My friend has a page of about 7 tables within tables and would like the most central cell to overflow. It would take days and days to redesign the page to an all div layout and for that reason I’m trying to just a add a div with overflow:auto to a table cell. I’ve got it working fine in Firefox 2.0 on Win Xp but IE7 wont take a width of a percentage, a fixed width eg width:614 will work fine, its just when I use 100% it wont work. An more simple example of the problem can be seen here. http://www.impressionz.co.uk/div.htm Try this is 800x600 in FF and IE7 and you will see the difference. Many Thanks for your help.
