They lied :-) . Fails in Opera/9.1 and Firefox/2.0.0.2 with js disabled. I not check it in IE with js disabled. Menu proper breaks on +1 font-scaling in FF. Same in IE/7.0 in "accessibility" mode. Tidy Online is helpful in cleaning the markup for validation.
