It's a simple website: http://www.formosagolfclub.com Basically I don't want the user ever having to scroll the browser vertically, but only the content section itself. Looks like <frameset> is still the best way to do this. So <frameset> is 100% valid structural HTML and not deprecated at all by CSS, right?
