well, that's what I am doing - this is very much in progress, but for now

they know! They want a belt and suspenders approach. I really have tried 
talking them out of this!

this is what I am thinking to do - to see if the client will agree to 
have those links go to a page that explains how to use various browser 
to increase text size.
