u oculd try to use in css declare.
html, body { 100% } and in pink label declare too height: 100% but i
thing u will get some issues because 100% of the screen dont include
top and bottom label, sow in some browser you will get a pink label
with 100 height more the height of top and bottom label...
You could try what they call fake colunm and give to the body the
background equall to the pink label u got a fake column.
carefuul in firefox if u have a resolution smaller than 1280px ur
labels get mess and the same to ie but in resolutions smaller than
1024px.
google it ofr "faux column" or "liquid layouts" or "css layouts"
