I run Linux, and used the freeware IEs4Linux and WINE (freeware native Linux implementation of the Win32 API) packages to install and run IE5, 5,5 and 6 under Linux. Works well enough for me. Or I could use QEMU (free Linux virtual PC software) to install whatever copy of Windows I might have available. Only copy I have now is Windows98, but IE6 runs on W98, too. If you wanted to stick with Windows, you could install Linux under VPC, then use IEs4Linux or QEMU to install IE6 under that. Or I suppose you could install another copy of whatever Windows OS you currently have under VPC and leave that one with IE6. -- David [EMAIL PROTECTED] authenticity, honesty, community ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d IE7 information -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=IE7 List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
