Looks fine on FF with me, but IE6 is a different story. The portal appears
to be aligned left, although the nav bar is centred but much wider than rest
of portal.

Bit difficult to say for certain as you have a complex style sheet
arrangement. I suspect that you have contradicting rules for globalContainer
div in template.css and my_styles.css.

There are also validation errors in template.css and style.css
