Hi Mark,

I don't think than it's possible just using CSS.
I'm using a CMS written in VB.net, and i make this things easily by taking 
out the html encoded string, and applying regular expressions as a 
filter/pattern/replace.
I'ts possible too using PHP.

But it's also possible using the NotePad Search&Replace functionnality. You 
should try this.

You can use a software for that too. For example :
