The only thing to consider here is that the embedding of the Flash contains the parameter <param value="transparent" name="wmode"/>. Otherwise the absolute HTML elements, that you want to lay over the flash, will be hidden behind it. This works back to IE 5 and than all the way upwards and other browsers like, Opera, Firefox, Safari.
