You have to go to Mozilla.com to install FF2. It's a major upgrade, so it's not part of the regular updates. FF 1.5 is still being supported. Since it works under the Mac and not under Win, I'd have a closer look at your font sizes. Also, even when it screws up, hitting the refresh button fixes it - as if there is something that it can't quite figure out on the initial load. I'll have a bit more of a look, but you might want to use Firebug to double-check your widths and padding on your divisions, if you haven't done so already.
