It seems the p.normal style says to float:left. I've actually made the text that follows the thumbnails wrap to the right of the images by: ~ removing float:left from the p.normal style, and ~ adding float:left to the .thumb class style And I don't have IE 6 handy to check on the other issue, sorry.
