Hi Don
Remove the special style in the CC for IE and simply put the border on the
sidebar div. You currently have the border on the sidebarInner div which does
not have Layout and this produces a peekaboo border bug due to the floated divs
with the images.
With these changes all will look well in all browsers. Since your sidebar is
also floated you may trigger the same bug again if inside a container with a
border, in this case just give the element either a width or if this is not
desired, then give it Layout with.
#element {zoom:1;}
But be sure to check in IE for adverse effects.
