I guess the client is using a high-DPI Laptop.

Some laptops (Dell) have a resolution of 120dpi and have "UseHR" set to
"1" in the registry, see [1, 2].

"Scaling is the solution" - no, it isn't, since it is pretty broken in IE.

Probably you should not try to tell your client to make changes to the
registry. But he will see some other pages broken with IE, too.

If you have an IE running in a virtual machine, you can try to adapt
these settings and make some fixes to your page.

(missing bottle, missing white corner)

#mainContent needs haslayout (in general, every container in IE that
holds complex content should be more stable with haslayout) [3]. Apply
   zoom:1

this lets the bottle reappear, but the content on the right column
shifts out of its box.

#rightcolumn needs
   position:relative

( I don't know exactly what the reason for the rightcolum's content
shift is.
  <!-- InstanceBeginEditable name="subnav" --><!-- #BeginLibraryItem
"/Library/subnav_wines.lbi" -->

You have a couple of those <!--comment--><!--comment--> contructs in
your page. Probably the problem is related to the duplicated char bug in
IE [4]. Get rid of all these double-comments.)

Well, maybe I'll scan them for 100$/hour job offers.
