Hi, Putting the price "Price ~ $8.00" text within a tag and making it float left would prolly work... But instead of a span for container, I would use a block element and two childs (block also) one floating left and the other floating right.
Also, just my 2cents... I'm not sure about your choice of H tags for the containers. You shouldn't have more than one H1 tag in a document, and not sure if google would consider this as spam/blackhat attempt to get higher rating since a large (more than it should be) of your site is rendered in H tags.
