I think the problem could be addressed by containing these floats within 
div.tour (a class, since id is unique) with {float:left; width: 100%} 
and by resetting the horizontal margins and paddings of the ul (and do 
not display:inline this ul).

I'm not a semantician, but some may argue that a table is the 
appropriate markup if it looks and acts like a table.
