Opera (9+) has the developer console which you will find under
tools/advanced/developer tools (but I put a button on a toolbar to
launch it). It is still in development, but since the javascript is
delivered from the Opera servers, you automatically get the latest
improvements. Biggest bug remaining is that if you edit and refesh the
parent page you need to close and relaunch the console.
But it has an absolute ton of information for DOM tree and js event
debugging and figuring the net resultant style on any element.
