I would think that you might need a few (or more) regular expressions to parse all that "stuff". Looking for patterns in the data/markup mixture that can allow you to grab the data with out the markup and insert it into a database or xml format. You can use most any language, almost all of them have a flavor regexp. If you'd like more info, just email me off the list. That's what I do in my real job.
