First thing... why did you disable right click? I had to disable javascript to see what I thought I'd see, a background image that is a fixed width. It's been a long day and I'm not sure how to explain it, but it seems that you'll have to find a different way of getting that banner on the right side of your work if you want it to actually work.
Perhaps a background to a wrapper div that's a bit larger than your content div and then align it to the right side. If you make people who offer free help work to help you, you may receive much less that help than you'd otherwise get.
