Opera, up to version 9.5alpha, doesn't implement 'ex' correctly.
IE Windows is not so correct either.
Both treat it as if 1em = 2ex.

A simple test case, WebKit (and recent Safari 2.0 +) and Gecko 1.7+  
display it the same. IE and Opera gives all 4 blocks the same width.
