I just picked up CSS Mastery: Advanced Web Standards

Andy Buddy and it's turning out to be a really awesome read.  It's not
on
the CSS discuss book list, but it's a look at all the different complexities
within CSS and sorts through the thousands of different ways to do things to
find the best solutions for you.
