Well, your content div is positioned near the top , where you want  
it, I think. Did you found the solution for that ?
However, your right-hand side column (with ads) drops below  
everything. That is caused by the right-margin on #content
#content {
        margin: 4px 158px 4px 4px;
/* ... */
}
Set the margin-right to 0 (zero) instead of 158px, and that would fix  
that issue.

PS have a look at the validation of your page:

Not a bad idea to fix this.
