Hi all.

I used sliding-door tabs in a layout for our new portal site, and got
them working beautifully in Firefox for mac and PC, IE6, IE7 and Safari.

Then Safari 3 came out and completely broke them, and I have not
yet been able to resolve this issue.

Here is a sample page. The actual site is a dynamic site on an
intranet server, so this example was created by saving the generated
source code from a page on the real site.

Screenshots of the affected area from 3 browsers are located here:

Firefox on a Mac:

Safari 2

Safari 3 /(very recent Webkit nightly build)

As you can see, it is not exactly a float-drop problem, more of a
float-shift problem. I am guessing it is caused by the calculations
of margins and padding on floats, but I haven't been able to isolate
it. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Ellen
