Hello

I've been using child selectors for CSS to work in both Firefox and IE.
As IE7 uses the child selectors I want to stop using them. I've read
about conditional comments but I'd rather not use them if I can. I'd
prefer a hack free way of using css for cross browser compatibility and
if possible I'd like to avoid conditional comments.

Is there a web site or book that can help me with this? I've already got
the book "More Eric Meyer On CSS". Is there another book by Eric Meyer
that can help me. I've also noticed Rachel Andrew has some books on CSS
as well.

I'm asking because I've noticed at least one web site that uses hack
free CSS and does not use conditional comments i.e Drew Mclellan's
www.allinthehead.com. I've had people tell me to use conditional
comments but www.allinthehead.com is a blog that I often go back to for
it's articles and I can't ignore it's example.

Thanks
