Don't know, but perhaps Konqueror isn't reading your <?xml style way of bringing in stylesheets? Or is otherwise having trouble with it? I went to validate your stylesheet but the W3C validator says it finds no stylesheet. I also don't know about Konqueror support for advanced CSS such as "a:hover[href*" ...
