I'm working up a CSS-driven horizontal site navigation. I'm using the "Suckerfish Dropdowns" method as a starting point ( http://www.htmldog.com/articles/suckerfish/dropdowns)
Here's what I've worked up: http://www.mattmedia.net/SFnav/suckerfishNAV.html So far, so good. It's working and looks like it should in Safari and FF. The one problem I'm having is that in IE 6 and 7 (naturally), the hover behavior is still a bit off. If you aren't hovering over the characters in the Nav items, you lose the hover effect (in the other browsers, as long as you're hovering over the LI element itself, it works fine)... So in IE-Win, if you hover and see a submenu, when you try to move the pointer down to the submenu, it vanishes. The net result is that it's very twitchy and hard to use in IE, but works as intended in other browsers... I've been searching like crazy for a solution to this, and can't find it. Anyone have suggestions? - Matt ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ List policies -- http://css-discuss.org/policies.html Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
