No luck. Same as before: 7 & 6 still get it right; 5.5 & 5.01 still 
place it relative to the window, rather than the page proper; and it's 
still a no-show in mac/5.2.
It may be that it is only obvious in a window wider than 1024? Or, it 
may be I need a (another) trip to my local mental health facility?
