I tried iCab last week and thought it was awful on my old legacy apps G3/OS 9 Mac. I ended up finding a version of Mozilla 1.3 (unofficial) from here: http://www.t3.rim.or.jp/~harunaga/mozilla-macos9/ It's not too bad and does a reasonable job with css styling. Mind you I do not use that machine a lot anymore so I have no idea how stable Mozzie is for regular use, although given it's history it shouldn't be too bad.
