I've tried to do most of the entire site using CSS. Problem I have is that I'm using Spry - collapsible panel. When I open the panel, the footer stays in the middle of the page, instead of moving down with the text. It was working on another page, moving down as you zoom into the text, but in trying different settings in the external style sheet, it is no longer working .
