Firstly IE has a whitespace bug with list [1] [2]. I think this is due to IE wanting to show the list default padding and margins different to all other browsers. All versions of IE will show strange jumps when anchor links are hovered but for many weird reasons. Do you have a URL? If one have already been provided then the URL should always be shown in each response in a thread.
